ALLOMA respects your rights to privacy and aims to inform the employee, seafarers and other data subjects of their rights to be informed, rights to access, rights to object, rights to erasure or blocking, rights to rectify, rights to data portability, rights to damages, and the rights to file a complaint, we also seek to strike a balance between your personal privacy, and the free flow of information.

We collect and protect your Personal Information if the Data Subject has given his or her consent. The Personal Information collected shall be processed solely in connection with the Data Subject’s application for employment, access to and use of electronic services or other transaction with. All Personal Information collected may be retained by until necessary to the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and with the company/agency policy.
