For more than two decades, I decided to devote my vision to my career path in this service company – the All Oceans Maritime Agency, Inc. (ALLOMA), a company that continually employs outstanding, competent and loyal Filipino seafarers onboard.  Likewise, to the Associated Maritime Company Hong Kong Limited (AMCL), my principal company whose mission is to create opportunities onboard. AMCL and ALLOMA provided me with training for my professional growth. They strengthen my skills to excel in the maritime industry. The shore staffs and officers are very hands-on in providing thorough assistance and guidance for all their crew members. My path of becoming a Master is a long and arduous journey. But, I was properly guided in every step of my way by my port captains and superintendents toward success .

“The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.” says William Arthur Ward, a famous writer. Who and what I am right now went through a lot of persistence, hard work, determination, and dedication.  Thus, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all staff of ALLOMA and the AMCL for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication in helping me to achieve a milestone in my career for believing that I could achieve my goal.
