PORT AREA - On October 20-21, 2022, the VA Group where the All Oceans Maritime Agency Inc. belongs conducted a two-day Personal Effectiveness training crafted for all its employees and officers. It aimed to stimulate the mindset of the team leading towards continuous improvement as Personal Kaizen. As representatives of ALLOMA, the Deputy General Manager, Ms. Ria M. Saren and the Crew Welfare Manager and Quality Officer Ms. Jovelle Ann H. Capilitan-Roncal joined the twenty five (25) other key officers from various companies of the VA Group.

The training was formally opened by the Toplis Group President, Mr. Zeth Templonuevo , and was closed by ALLOMA President, Mr. Mario Ricardo R. Veloso. The said training was initiated by Ms. Mona G. De Leon, the Group Chief Finance Officer in partnership with the VA Group Human Resource Department. The training was facilitated by VA Group’s consultant, Mr. Godofredo San Juan.

The VA Group is eyeing another schedule of personal effectiveness training for its officers and employees.
