MANILA, PHILIPPINES - The Associated Maritime Company (Hong Kong) Limited proudly concluded its Mid-Year Hybrid Crew Seminar for all its Officers & Engineers from May 29-31, 2024.

The seminar featured valuable training sessions on topics like Human Factors Management, Main Engine Management, and Seafarers’ Mental Health and Well-being. Expert trainers, including Capt. Vijay Bist, MAN B & W Tech, Capt. Samrat Dasgupta, Mr. A. Roy, Mr. Wu Sheng, Capt. Deepak Bhist, Capt. Peng Yi, Mr. Zhou, Capt. Tian, and Capt. Liao, provided practical knowledge to enhance our crew's skills and safety. Dr. Romel Papa, from the Associated Marine Officers and Seaman’s Union of the Philippines (AMOSUP), talked about Seafarers’ Mental Health and Well-being.



                           

                

The ALLOMA Crew Welfare Department also introduced its new services, offering continuous support and resources for its crew members' well-being, headed by Ms. Jovelle Ann H. Capilitan-Roncal, RGC - Crew Welfare/Crewing Manager, along with her team members Ms. Emilyn Layda and Ms. Alyanna Nicole Marasigan, RPm.
